Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
• Experience across Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT.

About the Role:

Adobe is seeking a highly experienced Finance Program Manager to lead strategic Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation initiatives across pricing and deal structuring, CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.

This role will drive complex, cross-functional transformation programs involving Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, finance transformation expertise, and hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale Q2C processes and systems.

The successful candidate will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership while driving detailed execution, governance, process optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation planning, execution, and governance.
• Define program scope, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Drive transformation across pricing/CPQ, deal structuring, contracting, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Establish and track KPIs such as quote cycle time, billing accuracy, DSO, revenue leakage, process efficiency, and operational performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT.
• Drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Partner with senior executives to develop recommendations, decision frameworks, executive presentations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support program resource planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor management.
• Manage third‑party vendors and system integrators supporting CPQ, billing, contract management, and revenue recognition initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize Q2C processes across the enterprise.
• Develop and document Q2C methodologies, operating models, governance frameworks, controls, and best practices.
• Support the design of a future‑state Quote-to-Cash operating model for Finance.
• Translate complex business and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in business and operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Leadership, Finance Transformation, Quote‑to‑Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy/problem definition through implementation.
• Strong understanding of the end-to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle.
• Experience working across multiple business functions including Finance, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across teams without direct authority.
• Strong program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Strong executive communication skills, including experience creating executive presentations, storyboards, business cases, and recommendations.
• Experience with enterprise Q2C technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, CPQ, contract management, billing, or revenue recognition platforms.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / Revenue Recognition and its impact on Q2C processes.
• Experience managing external vendors, consulting partners, or system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large‑scale Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Experience implementing or optimizing CPQ, ERP, billing, contract lifecycle management, or revenue management systems.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Revenue Operations processes.
• Experience developing future‑state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience working with global organizations and geographically distributed teams.
