Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst to partner with the Business Process Manager and drive end‑to‑end Q2C process improvements.

You will coordinate priorities, engage stakeholders, and lead governance, documentation, and KPI reporting across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Tax, Operations, Master Data and technology teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Process Manager on priorities, workload coordination, stakeholder engagement, escalations, and process improvement execution.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and continuity while supporting leadership coverage when needed.
• Evaluate the end‑to‑end Q2C process to identify breakdowns, control gaps, handoff issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate cross‑functional process issues into business impacts, recommendations, implementation plans, and sustainable solutions.
• Lead change‑management activities, including communications, training, readiness planning, adoption support, and reinforcement.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, system enhancements, testing, implementation, and stabilization activities.
• Manage large cross‑functional projects or processes with limited oversight and maintain accountability for results.
• Maintain process documentation, governance standards, controls, dashboards, KPIs, work instructions, and reporting insights.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
