Job summary

Troutman Pepper seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance team, drive internal reporting and analysis, and partner with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications

8+ years in finance, FP&A or related analytical roles.
Experience leading or supervising analysts.
Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems.
Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau; strong data modeling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee internal financial reporting and analysis for the firm.
Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
Manage budgeting, forecasts, and multi-period outlooks.
Improve finance processes and automation with IT.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
