Job summary

Troutman Pepper is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance department’s daily operations, deliver timely reporting, and drive strategic financial analysis for the firm’s offices and practice groups.

You will build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, guiding budgets, reforecasts, and operational plans while ensuring data accuracy and cross‑functional collaboration with Accounting and IT.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Four+ years leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems; advanced Excel; and BI tools.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks for firm leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, reforecasts, and multi‑period outlooks with data-driven insights.
• Ensure data integrity and collaboration with Accounting and IT.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and drive process improvements.
