Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting across the firm, offices, and practice groups. You will build models, dashboards, and tools to drive insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Strong ethics, confidentiality, and collaboration with IT and accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/GL and time & billing systems.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills for financial modeling.
• Experience leading finance teams and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring timely, high-quality reporting.
• Oversee internal reporting for firm, offices, and practice groups; ensure data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks to improve visibility for leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide分析al support for working capital and cash flow improvements.
