Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee a large portfolio of defense programs from its Tucson-area site. The role drives EAC development, cost control, and FP&A activities while leading a team of financial managers to ensure program profitability and compliance with government requirements.

The position requires active DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates in theUnited States.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 10–12+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with accounting, FP&A, program finance, and strong understanding of EAC and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision; lead and supervise a team of Financial Managers & Analysts.
• Manage a large, dynamic development program portfolio.
• Drive financial performance through EAC, cost management, and risk mitigation.
