Job summary

RTX is hiring an on-site Finance Analyst in Tucson, AZ to support the Tomahawk Advanced Programs Finance team. You will provide financial analysis, support EAC/LRE, maintain logs, and drive program controls including EVMS integration.

A Secret clearance is required after day one, with Top Secret potential for certain programs. You’ll work with Program Managers, CAMs, IPT leads, and Supply Chain to deliver rigorous financial performance and actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with large datasets in Excel.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Support EAC development and comparison with LRE.
• Maintain program logs for charging guidance and risks & opportunities.
• Execute program control actions including BCRs, EVMS analysis, and cost/schedule integration.
• Assist in development and delivery of CDRLs including IPMDAR and CFSR.
• Prepare weekly/monthly program reports and support reviews.
• Utilize SAP/APEX, BW, forProject, and PMX Tool Suite for controls.
• Support ad hoc financial reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to Earned Value implementation with Planning and Program Management.
