Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned financial analyst for a portfolio of development programs in the Specter Production Finance team. This on-site role in Tucson requires strong communication and financial analysis skills, with experience in EAC, EV, SAP APEX, and BW.

Signing bonus and relocation assistance are available to eligible candidates. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree can substitute for 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly estimates at complete (EAC) and EV cadence.
• Prepare data packages of program financial status for customers.
• Conduct variance analysis for manpower and material spending.
• Monitor funding, invoicing and cash collection for contracts.
• Leverage prior experience to improve processes in a collaborative team.
