Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage EACs, forecasts, and financial operations within the Naval Power CIWS Sustainment team. You will lead a team, negotiate with stakeholders, and apply DoD contracting practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across internal and external customers, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in related field is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and financial systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly development and EACs.
• Interface with Control Account Managers and Program Management.
• Analyze program performance and PRISM tool usage.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support forecasts for bookings, sales, earnings and cash.
