Job summary

RTX Space ISR seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee MOS operations and program support, directing a team of five analysts and partnering with program management and growth leads. You will ensure strong financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and DOA-compliant processes.

The role requires a senior level of experience in program controls, and an active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship. Onsite work at an RTX facility and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 8+ years of relevant experience or a master's with 5+ years.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and transferable U.S. government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial execution across multiple programs and mentor junior analysts.
• Lead monthly forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and report results.
• Support AOP/LRP planning and DOA-compliant bid gate activities.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis and cash optimization with cross‑functional partners.
