RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Finance/Program Control Analyst to support baseline change requests, EACs and EVMS reporting for a DoD program. You will partner with the Program Office, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure accurate financials and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Top-Secret clearance or eligibility; U.S. citizenship is required. Onsite work with a strong emphasis on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
• Execute program and financial control actions, including Estimates-at-Complete (EACs) and External Reporting (IPMDAR).
• Utilize a comprehensive suite of program controls tools to provide targeted EVMS analysis that drives efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards.
• Collaborate with key functional leaders to support financial reviews and execution of a program with significant scope.
