Job summary

RTX's Air Dominance Portfolio seeks a Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the Advanced Capabilities Sustainment team in Tucson. You will work with PMs, CAMs, IPT leads, and OSC to provide essential financial oversight, cost reporting, and funding planning for multiple DoD contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, FP&A concepts, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. U.S. citizenship and an active DoD security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and FP&A concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost & schedule reporting, financial variance analysis, and funding planning.
• Partner with PM Organization to develop EAC and monthly LRE.
• Maintain records for Budget and EAC tracking.
• Provide financial guidance to CAMs, IPT Leads and cross-functional teams.
• Review financial reports, presentations, and contract modifications for accuracy.
• Collaborate with FPA to develop monthly forecasting, cash management, and Long Range Planning.
