Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to lead the Naval Power CIWS Sustainment finance team on a large DoD/FMS LTC portfolio. The role emphasizes EAC management, program controls, and cross-functional collaboration across PM, Control Account Managers, and leadership to align financial planning with program goals.

The ideal candidate will have SAP/PRISM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
• Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and EAC Process.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Analyze program performance using IOT management and PRISM tools; assist with initial baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of bookings, sales, earnings and cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract level inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams on financial implications of decisions and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and disseminate process and tool improvement opportunities for the finance team.
• Handle ad-hoc requests (RFI, CFRs, ROMs, proposals).
