Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment across critical facilities. You will develop testing plans, guide field teams, and interface with clients and engineering staff to ensure safe, high-quality execution.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, technical expertise, and project coordination, with opportunities for professional certification and career

Competenze

• Clear ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and follow PPE requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead crews on testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment across LV/MV/HV.
• Develop and execute testing plans and work scopes for projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Field Technicians.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for safe, on-time project completion.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and client communications.
