Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead technical field crews across substations and electrical equipment. You will coordinate testing, maintenance, and commissioning, interfacing with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, advanced electrical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex field activities while upholding safety standards and quality. Travel and overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Background check clearance.
• Willing to travel/out of town for periods.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Bachelors or Associates in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Provide safety leadership and enforce PPE usage.
• Interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure project success.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and reports; manage documentation.
