Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Senior Field Technician to lead crews and manage complex testing and maintenance projects across high, medium, and low voltage equipment. You will interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology; military experience preferred.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• NETA III certification; NETA IV certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily job site safety briefings and enforce PPE usage.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers.
• Oversee testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV equipment.
• Prepare detailed testing and maintenance reports and closure packages.
• Provide technical leadership to field technicians and ensure safe, quality execution.
