Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution of substation work across LV/MV/HV equipment.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in the industry, NETA certification preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in the electrical industry or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical apparatus and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and review detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
