Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of HV, MV, and LV equipment across diverse facilities.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, technical depth, and project coordination in substation environments. You will develop testing plans, generate detailed reports, and coordinate with engineers and customers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience preferred.
• 10+ Years Relevant Industry Experience
• NETA III Certified, NETA IV Certified a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical apparatus and commissioning activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
• Lead execution of large-scale and complex projects, coordinating field activities to meet schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
