Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews in testing, inspection, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment across diverse facilities.

You will train teams, coordinate with engineers, and ensure safety best practices while delivering high-quality field work. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication, and a proven track record in complex electrical projects, with travel as needed and flexibility for a safety-sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology.
• NETA III certification preferred; IV certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings and enforce PPE usage on job sites.
• Direct testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical/control systems and identify root causes.
• Prepare testing plans, reports, and project documentation.
• Mentor Field Technicians and coordinate with engineers and project managers.
