Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment.

You will interface with customers and engineering teams, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and mentor junior technicians in a dynamic, field-based setting. You’ll coordinate with project managers to plan testing activities, develop work scopes, and deliver comprehensive reports on system performance, ensuring reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Associates in Electrical/Electronic technology; NETA certification preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• NETA III certified, NETA IV certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Ensure safety policies; conduct daily job-site safety briefings and hazard identification.
• Prepare and review detailed testing and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to field technicians.
• Support project planning and optimize field efficiency.
