Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead NW Region projects, mentor Foreman and crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and manage subcontractors. You will drive staffing, training, planning, and daily reporting, travel 100% with flexibility, and collaborate with customers, engineers, and vendors to maximize profitability and on-time delivery.

• Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• CDL preferred for driving responsibilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and manage employee relations and evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and approve change orders.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews and equipment to meet deadlines.
