Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region. This role oversees projects, directs foremen and crews, and mentors staff to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while meeting client expectations.

The position requires 100% travel, outdoor work in all weather and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and customers and to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion while meeting financial and non-financial objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, retain experienced employees, and promote career advancement.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor performance, and resolve issues to meet deadlines and budgets.
