Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee NW Region projects, mentor Foremen, and coordinate crews and subcontractors. Must travel extensively and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across assignments.

Expect hands-on leadership, staffing, and training to maintain schedules and budgets while building strong relationships with customers, engineers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Experience with digging operations in city and rural utility areas.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foremen and crews to ensure on-time project completion.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career advancement.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and productivity with project objectives and budgets.
• Review time & paperwork, manage change orders, and maintain daily logs.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews, equipment, and materials to meet deadlines.
