Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, seeks a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region to oversee projects, direct Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, productivity and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with crew, subcontractors, customers, and Engineers.

The role requires staffing projects, recruiting talent, managing personnel relations, coordinating training, and monitoring performance to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience directing Foreman and crews to meet safety, quality, productivity, and budget targets.
• Ability to recruit staff and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and financial objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage labor relations, recognition, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and training to build in-house expertise.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review time, invoices, and purchase orders; maintain daily project logs.
• Ensure daily maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Communicate project status to Fleet Manager and stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety procedures, OSHA standards, and regulations.
