PUSH’s JKL Associates seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to oversee telecom infrastructure projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and customers while meeting deadlines and budgets.

The Superintendent will travel extensively (100%) and drive staffing, training, and development across projects, promoting excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Read, comprehend and prepare project-related reports; multitask effectively.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and budget targets.
• Staff projects; recruit and retain talent; promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors; approve personnel, costs, and change orders as needed.
• Plan and schedule projects; mobilize crews and equipment; monitor progress.
