Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region. This role oversees project direction, safety, quality and profitability, mentoring Foremen and crews, and coordinating subcontractors while ensuring on-time delivery.

Travel is 100% with outdoor work in various environments. Ideal candidates have five years of utility-construction supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Ability to recruit and mentor crews, manage safety, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead and mentor Foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects and promote career advancement for personnel.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline and evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors for project scope and approvals.
• Plan and schedule projects and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Review timekeeping, invoices and purchase orders; maintain project documentation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and report issues.
• Communicate with fleet manager on hours and miles; maintain project logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
