Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH Inc., seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to lead projects in Great Falls, MT. The role directs foremen and crews, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time completion while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, daily reporting, and enforcing company safety procedures. Candidates should have five years supervisory experience in utility construction and a valid CDL

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility/construction settings.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Manage staffing and recruitment for projects; promote career advancement.
• Coordinate subcontractors and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor project performance and enforce safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review project documents, reports, and change orders.
