Job summary

Push Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region based in Wisdom, MT.

You will lead and mentor foremen and crews, drive safety, quality, and productivity on utility construction projects, and collaborate with customers, engineers and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget. This role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in utility construction, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 100%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Experience with digging operations in urban and rural utility projects.
• Valid Driver's License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity requirements on projects.
• Staff projects and recruit skilled personnel; promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and daily reports.
• Plan mobilization and logistics for projects; maintain logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project success.
