JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW region in Dillon, MT. The role oversees field crews, mentors foremen, and coordinates subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Ideal candidates have five years of supervisory experience in utility construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and are prepared for extensive travel with CDL preferred.

Competenze

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Experience with digging operations in city and rural areas around utilities.
• Experience operating backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods; 100% travel.

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects assigned.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and financial targets.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors, approvals, and change orders for timely decisions.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews, equipment, subs and materials.
• Maintain daily project logs and ensure proper documentation.
