Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region. You will oversee projects, mentor Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while meeting budget goals. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities include staffing, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining records, and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards. CDL preferred; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Ability to lead foremen and crews and manage safety, quality, and productivity.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor foremen and crews to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Staff projects and recruit talent; manage subcontractors with approval processes.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues; maintain daily project logs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.
