Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region in Martinsdale, MT. You will lead Foremen and crews, coordinate staffing, ensure safety and quality, and manage subcontractors and schedules on utility construction projects.

Applicants should have 5+ years in supervision within utilities, a valid license, and willingness to travel 100%. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities with PUSH.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations and heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL Class A preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% on projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead Foreman and crews to on-time completion while meeting objectives.
• Staff projects and recruit talent; promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and documentation.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project performance; resolve issues.
• Maintain daily project logs, time reports, and paperwork.
• Oversee mobilization planning for crews, equipment, and materials.
