This role requires daily on-site presence and the ability to ensure quality work, maintain schedules, and enforce safety compliance on the construction site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and 7 to 12 years of experience in a superintendent role, with knowledge of construction safety processes and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial or industrial projects valued at $30 million or larger.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C certification.

• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Lead safety compliance and contractor meetings.
