Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project of $30M+ on commercial/industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; STS-C Certification; First Aid/CPR/AED/Stop the Bleed training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Develops, documents, and communicates the field work plan for changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Obtains permits for construction as needed.
• Leads project safety efforts and enforces safety compliance.
• Leads contractor meetings and maintains daily reports.
