Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience on $15–$30 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
• Ability to create a culture where safety is prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade partners and sub-contractors.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Lead contractor meetings and oversee project quality plan.
