Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Lead Superintendent to independently manage all field operations on a $5-$50M project. The role will be on the job site daily, leading trade contractor coordination, safety, scheduling, and coordination with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• STS-C certification required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Stop the Bleed training desired or required.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet schedule.
• Maintains project schedule, creates contingency plans, and communicates changes.
• Leads safety program on site and enforces safety compliance.
• Trains field staff and manages project documentation and reports.
• Represents the project with owners, trades, and partners to maintain trust.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

OSHA 30-hour certified

STS-C Certification

First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
