You will support full lifecycle alignment, product launches, and deployment planning while collaborating across functions to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. The role requires strong project management, vendor and cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with Javelin/ZAIDYN, Veeva, and US Customer Master.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field sales, master data mgmt, sales operations, or related support.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate, plan, and execute.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales/marketing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and partnership with cross-functional stakeholders in restructures, launches, deployment planning.
• Full-lifecycle alignment design, execution and maintenance.
• Execute alignment changes in compliant processes and business requirements.
• Manage day-to-day alignment Steward work for ZAIDYN.
• Lead daily operations with prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Support call deck maintenance and related field sales activities.
• Collaborate on cross-functional project teams supporting field priorities.
• Identify and implement process, tools, governance improvements.
• Develop and implement training plans related to ZAIDYN utilization.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Contribute to evolving operating model for agility and impact.
