Merck in North Wales, PA seeks a Field Structure and Alignment Senior Specialist to optimize field sales alignment across the lifecycle of restructures, launches, and deployment planning. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage alignment activities, and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong project management, vendor oversight, and knowledge of field sales systems (Javelin/ZAIDYN, Veeva). Hybrid/remote options are available for eligible candidates within commutable distance.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, master data management, sales operations, or an organization that supports field sales.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strategic Planning & Partnership: Align early with stakeholders in restructures, launches, and deployments.
• Full-Lifecycle Alignment Support: Design, execute, and maintain field sales structure activities.

• Operating Model Evolution: Contribute to more agile, scalable operating models.
