Job summary

Verizon seeks a proactive sales-oriented professional to partner with the sales team, understanding customer needs and crafting the best package of our services from data and voice, security, IT, mobility, and managed services. You’ll focus on technical solutions for new business customers, delivering top-tier service while building strong client relationships.

The role is mobile, requiring travel and field work in the Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; St. Louis, MO; and Louisville, KY regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience selling technical solutions.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in territory to drive advanced solution sales.
• Understand customer business challenges.
• Develop the solution and design the architecture to meet the customer need.
• Establish business cases and help customers choose our solution.
• Draft agreements with pricing, service commitments, and technical specs.
• Create and manage technical program plans delivering on promises.
• Grow new business and existing accounts.
