Job summary

Motorola Solutions, Exacom team, seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead field engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure on-site readiness, adherence to SLAs, and high-quality service for public-safety clients.

Travel up to 20–30% is expected; you will collaborate with project managers, dispatch directors, and client IT to align timelines and security standards while driving revenue through timely project closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical management in field deployments or support.
• Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead remote and on-site teams with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor dual-function Field Engineer team and manage performance.
• Oversee on-site installations, deployments, upgrades, and SATs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, security standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with PMs and client IT/dispatch for site readiness.
• Manage backlog and ensure revenue generation through timely delivery.
