Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales field engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will ensure on-site readiness, adhere to SLAs, and deliver top-tier service to public safety agencies.

Key duties include directing installations, optimizing deployment timelines, KPIs, and customer relations while coordinating with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors. Travel up to 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing remote and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site hardware/software installations and upgrades.
• Ensure SLAs, project delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach engineers, manage KPIs, and coordinate with clients and PMs.
• Act as technical lead during critical system go-live events.
