Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. The role focuses on delivering 24/7 service to public safety agencies, maintaining SLAs, and driving revenue through successful field projects.

You'll supervise Field Engineers, coordinate on-site and remote deployments, and collaborate with project managers to align timelines, ensuring security compliance and smooth system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management in field/tech support.
• Public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Experience managing remote and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Engineers and manage post-sales services.
• Oversee on-site deployments, upgrades, SATs, and security compliance.
• Maintain SLAs and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers to align timelines.
