Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead our Field Engineers responsible for on-site installations, deployments, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will manage a high-stakes, 24/7 public-safety environment with strict SLAs and close collaboration with project managers and client IT teams.

Travel up to 20-30% is required to support major field installations or critical customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote and on-site).
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% for field installations and critical customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales technical services teams to ensure successful on-site installations and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of hardware/software deployments with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors.
• Refine support workflows, escalate customer issues with clear communication, and uphold SLAs.
