Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. Your leadership will ensure 24/7 readiness, strict SLAs, and high-quality service for public safety agencies.

You will direct field engineers, coordinate with project managers, and drive process improvements across deployment and support activities, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction targets are met.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive technical management experience.
Experience in public safety or mission-critical environments preferred.
Proven record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (remote/on-site).

Responsibilities

Lead Field Engineers and oversee on-site installations, upgrades and maintenance.
Ensure SLAs, project delivery, and revenue generation.
Coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors.
Refine support workflows and customer-facing processes.
