Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Requires valid ID and passport; ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; act as SME for the product line.
• Lead special projects and identify technical gaps with proactive solutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers in North, South America, and Mexico.
• Utilize KT methodology for complex service issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain communication with managers and support teams for issue resolution.
• Develop strong customer relationships and conduct site inspections as needed.
• Complete service activity paperwork and manage parts return.
• Attend training worldwide to stay current on products.
