FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 to serve as SME for a product line. The role includes leading technicians, providing complex service solutions, and remote/on-site support across the Americas. Travel up to 70% is required.

The position is remote within the Western US region (between Texas and California), with opportunities for training across locations worldwide and liaison with manufacturers as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead teams on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across the Americas.
• Analyze issues and apply KT methodology for solutions.
• Maintain communication with managers to ensure issue resolution.
• Conduct technical training for technicians and customers.
