FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 to act as a SME for a product line, delivering on-site and remote support across the Americas. You will mentor technicians, lead special projects, and resolve complex service issues with data-driven analysis.

The role emphasizes extensive electronics knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while traveling up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8+ years of field service experience with related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel (70%).

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; act as SME for the product line.
• Lead teams on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers across the Americas.
• Resolve complex service issues using data analysis and KT methodology.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Attend training and stay current on products.
