Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled IT/field service professional for ASTRO system upgrades and troubleshooting. You will work remotely and on-site, supporting LAN/WAN, cybersecurity, and P25 data infrastructure.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, networking, and RF, with duties spanning installation, maintenance, and documentation. A U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT, networking, technician, field service, system technician/specialist, RF or LMR
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance
• Willing to travel up to 75%–80% of the time and obtain/hold security clearances and certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of Motorola ASTRO systems
• Maintain, document, and report on complex communications systems
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments
