Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• 2+ years experience in IT, networking, technician, field service, or land mobile radio/LMR.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts.
• Willingness to travel 75–80% and relocate near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of Motorola ASTRO systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot in an IT-type environment.
• Provide technical support of specialized systems including RF and data infrastructure.
• Maintain, optimize, test and document complex communications systems with weekly activity reports.
• Collaborate with Motorola Solutions customers and internal teams (sales, engineering, PM, customer support).
