Job summary

Videojet Sr Field Service Technician is a home-based role serving the Greater Dallas, TX area, including Fort Worth and Waco. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities, traveling extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions.
