Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. in the Dallas area is hiring a field service technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.

You will travel regionally, diagnose issues, and build trusted relationships with customers while promoting service agreements and new technology solutions. The role requires up to two years of technical or field service experience, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, mobile apps, MS Word).
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions.
